I am writing to express serious dissatisfaction with my experience under Dr Ariane D’Argent’s care. Over a period exceeding one year, I repeatedly sought a prescription for a medication I required. Despite multiple follow-ups and clear communication, this was not provided. I ultimately consulted another local GP, who reviewed my case and prescribed the medication immediately, without any difficulty. Asked reception to print out a blood test referral for me and the rudely refused. There was literally a nite that says email requests incur a $10 fee abnd they still said no. Did not want to help me at all. Terrible reception. Really not hard to be a decent human being. Horrible place

It was our first visit to the clinic today, and we were very impressed. The receptionist was professional, experienced, and had such a lovely manner — something we don’t often find at medical centres. Dr Asif was patient, attentive, and amazingly professional. We had a great experience overall!

I have never gotten in to a pre booked appointment earlier than 30 minutes past the appointment time on any given day. Don’t come here unless you have at least an hour to spare on top of your appointment.
