Asked reception to print out a blood test referral for me and the rudely refused. There was literally a nite that says email requests incur a $10 fee abnd they still said no. Did not want to help me at all. Terrible reception. Really not hard to be a decent human being. Horrible place
It was our first visit to the clinic today, and we were very impressed. The receptionist was professional, experienced, and had such a lovely manner — something we don’t often find at medical centres. Dr Asif was patient, attentive, and amazingly professional. We had a great experience overall!
I have never gotten in to a pre booked appointment earlier than 30 minutes past the appointment time on any given day. Don’t come here unless you have at least an hour to spare on top of your appointment.
Good clinic in general, never had a problem with wait times. If your female thought choose a female doctor. I was refused HRT therapy by a male but the lady doctor said I was a perfect candidate
There is no sense of time at this clinic, it’s understandable sometimes there may be delays etc. However, waiting for more than an hour for an appointment that was pre-booked is just disrespectful. Doctor’s time is precious but so is the patients.
