This is my second time which I’m coming and waiting more then one and half hours for my turn this is something very annoying bcz we all have our own responsibilities and we can’t arrange our time what they are saying.. My appointment was on 3:30 and now the time is 4:23 and still I don’t know when will be my turn . Can someone tell me what is the point of booking appointment before coming to clinic?
I think they need to qork on the appointment times!
I am writing to express serious dissatisfaction with my experience under Dr Ariane D’Argent’s care. Over a period exceeding one year, I repeatedly sought a prescription for a medication I required. Despite multiple follow-ups and clear communication, this was not provided. Asked reception to print out a blood test referral for me and the rudely refused. There was literally a nite that says email requests incur a $10 fee abnd they still said no. Did not want to help me at all. Terrible reception. Really not hard to be a decent human being. Horrible place
