After 17 years at this clinic, I’ve had to leave due to a complete breakdown in professional standards. I was subjected to what I can only describe as bullying and medical gaslighting. Instead of receiving support for long-term chronic illness, I was judged, mocked with demeaning comments, and had my physical pain dismissed. There is a serious lack of care and basic respect here for patients with complex needs. If you want a doctor who listens rather than judges, avoid this practice.
Good efficient bulk billing practice with lovely staff.
great doctors. nice and gentle when giving needles so perfect for small kids. and cheap prescription items at pharmacy. also, a dorevitch in the building. and you can get a medical certificate from the doctors.
Dr Bridget is excellent, she worked after hours to see me with high BP even though I wasn’t a client to that clinic . I really appreciate her help which saved me along hour wait from the hospital . Highly recommend her, she knew exactly what to prescribe and gave all the relevant advice . Thanks again Dr Bridget
Confusing and wrong advises from reception staff... I had a GP referral for doing some swab tests, so yesterday I talked to a lady at the counter, but instead of simply directing me to the Dorevitch Pathology (which is located in the same building), she was rather unpleasant in her conversation and at the end gave me a completely wrong advice that I must have a booking. As the result I wasted an hour looking for another lab - it happened to be that the tests are actually done on a walk-in basis !
