I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Dr Kelvin. I have attended this medical practice for over 20 years, and my full medical history is held on file. After 17 years at this clinic, I’ve had to leave due to a complete breakdown in professional standards. I was subjected to what I can only describe as bullying and medical gaslighting. Instead of receiving support for long-term chronic illness, I was judged, mocked with demeaning comments, and had my physical pain dismissed. There is a serious lack of care and basic respect here for patients with complex needs. If you want a doctor who listens rather than judges, avoid this practice.
