Although some of the staff could be better and more friendly, I appreciate how the doctor was friendly, professional, and very helpful during my first pregnancy and miscarriage.
Dr. Laura, Nick, and Salaam Hallak are three if the best and nicest doctors in Grays Harbor. On a very rare occasion, the doctor may run late, but I have been seeing the doctors here for around 6 years and have seldom had to wait more than 10 minutes. I get sent to specialists, if needed and get the utmost best care ever! I am very pleased with the care and respect I receive as a patient.
We have been here now for an hour. Our appointment time was a half hour ago and we haven't been seen yet. We were just told that it will be 15-20 more minutes and we can reschedule if we want. No, don't want to reschedule! I want to be seen at my scheduled appointment time. I want a business that schedules appointments properly so that patients are seen at the scheduled time. Dr. Laura is amazing! She takes time to hear what you have to say and always finds solutions. I've never left her office unsatisfied. I get clear answers and always get help. I highly recommend her to anyone. I don't plan on changing Dr's. She had also helped me lose 68 pounds!

I had my baby at GHCH and would never have any care done there again. The unit was staffed by nurses who just did not seem to care or know what was going on. My epidural failed and the nurse repeatedly ignored my request for the anesthesiologist to come back and replace it. I ended up pushing my baby out with a full bladder as the nurse neglected to place a catheter. The nurses were just not kind. The anesthesiologist took over an hour to arrive after they said they called him. I have friends who have had amazing experiences... read more
