Genuinely helpful service! Purchased a new tongue and pin in preparation for a marketplace caravan buy. I had the wrong shaped tongue and wrong pin type (but the van was a keeper). The pin was gladly refunded and the tongue swapped for the right size with no charge and kind service. Thanks Hall Towbar team
