I tried to make an appointment with this lady. I filled out her forms and emailed them back to her as she requested. But then proceeds to tell me that I texted them to her email address... she was extremely rude telling me that she sent the forms weeks in advance when it was only a few days and I can't just pull my trk in to anywhere to scan or fax them. That I was at the mercy of what the trk stops offer... I spent a lot of money making copies of the forms them got to scan them back but still she claims she only got half of... read more
