Do not use these guys for fulfillment - storage seems to be fine (frozen required for our business). Customer service is non-existent even though they say they've assigned a dedicated rep - never responds timely. Costs are so high - nickel and dimed for everything including a Shopify connection and their own WMS connection - why am I paying to access your software? The team are always friendly and helpful and just on it. Never had any problems. Really professional. Really respectful and hard working.
Being a small business, I started using their Storage service because of it's convenient closeness to New York city. After a while I discovered that using their freight services was better for my budget. Still haven't tried fulfillment but I guess it's my next move with Hall Street. It's a great partner to have in the NY metropolitan area. Deadlines are met and communication is fluid. Thanks!
