Fast ,explained everything ,great work, did not leave a mess.
Lets start this with, this was NOT an easy submersible pump installation job. However, Michael and his Team went above and beyond our expectations as they did the work and were understanding as issues occured under the ground to our house. They did all this in the unforgiving weather of rain and freezing temperatures. They were professional, knowledgeable, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a job done. What a great family owned business!
Always professional and trustworthy work. We’ve had them here for several repairs and I never feel like they’re taking advantage of us. Water heater expansion tank went bad.
Hall & Sons was fantastic. Super responsive and were able to accommodate me same day to address my water heater issue. Tyler, the technician, was both personable and informative, Nikki kept me updated on arrival time, and Mike talked me through specifics when I had questions in advance of the technicians arrival. I will be a repeat customer.
