RETRACTING MY PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEW ... the owner himself came out and replaced the lid that his worker broke. he is obviously an older man with back problems and insisted on doing it. Anyone can get a bad situation with a worker so i can definitely say that mr hall went above and beyond with this. will now DEFINITELY recommend.
I wanted ZERO stars. I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE EVER USE HALL SEPTIC. Broke the septic lid and only put in 3 inches of dirt to cover it, not finishing the job. Thank goodness because they never would have told us. When I called he denied that they broke it and said WE broke the lid, (we had not broken it) and that "they all break." Stated "lay a rock or a brick over it and water will not get in" as if anyone would believe that.
