I used them i the past and when i called to make a appointment he said he had nobody the employee was injured..waited a couple months and he said it would be a couple weeks before he could get to me..3 months later still nothing...Guess i need to find another company
Will not be using them again. I needed my septic pumped so I called them. The man I spoke with was very friendly. He told me he would call me back to schedule a date to have my septic pumped. When I got off the phone with them that day I was not under any impression that we had a scheduled a date for the work. Owner Bill Hall came and raised septic cap up to ground level destroying yard in the process (not an issue that happens with big equipment) and said if this dirt washes away let me know and I will fix if for you. Today I called and he said this was a year ago . I said sir it was last week of sept or October 6 months ago ( doesn’t really rain in fall so now that it is spring it rains…) he says ok what is address I will need to come out and look I say ok great. Saw another review much like mine I am currently writing. Called almost two months ago to set up an appointment being told we would receive a call back. And it is to the point where we are going to start looking elsewhere because this business practice seems disorganized and backed up. Worked with them before and we were helped within the week. Don't know if they are just short staffed now, but very disappointed in how business is currently being handled.
