We were told a will for an 83 year old woman in very poor health would take 2 weeks to complete. After over 6 weeks the document still was not prepared. Must start over with a new atty who actually might care about taking care of a paying client. The secretary never could reach the attorney to say if any progress was made. I would not recomment her to anyone. Customer service extremely poor.
