As a tenant of multiple rentals through Gary, I have always been impressed and amazed by his hard working attitude, his communication is spot on, always has time for a chat about anything. But by far the quality of the properties he has housed us in (and still) is what stands out the most, market pricing is always fair, the reviews/condition reports always show that Thanks for your honesty as always mate
Worse experience of my life! He did not do a check on the tenants he put into my property who had a bad credit rating and had been to the tribunal and cost someone else over $20,000 in damages, who are now costing me a small fortune to have the property cleaned and back to its original condition as they moved out cleaning NOTHING and damages everywhere. Shameful really
