I came into Southern Auto Groups Service Department on Tuesday January 25, 2025 at 10:13 am to have my Suburban service. I had a Diagnostic performed on January 6, 2025 which required that I have a Front Axle Shaft replace. I brought brand new parts in with the Seals. I knew I had to wait because I didn’t have an appointment according to Shawn Howard. Called about an escalade they had online, and the employee asked me a couple of questions and set up a time to view the vehicle. Showed up the lot and the vehicle wasn't there, it was about a half mile down the road at another lot. The guy said we'd take a ride over to see it and then proceeded to walk away and talk to someone else and just basically ignored me. I took my funds, went somewhere else, and bought a escalade in better condition than the one they offered.
