Highly un-reputable and dishonest. Charged $600 to search the internet for a part. We found broken shower boards (with a boot mark on it), broken paving stones and the door ripped off a key box, all after they had been on the property. The deal breaker was when they canceled an appointment to open the cottage for the season, calling the job off because the property was “infested with foxes.” I went two day later and did the work myself, finding no foxes on the property. Very friendly quick response Great plumbers
Called me back on 4th of July weekend and tried to diagnose over the phone. However supply houses were closed until Monday. They came by 815am on Monday and fixed problem by 1015! Hot water again...
