If you are serious about working out or getting in shape this gym is ware you need to be. The staff is always cleaning. They are also helpful and friendly. This gym has so much to offer from free weights to smith machines to cardio right down to healthy snacks and beverages. This a very PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN gym.
Love that this gym has heavy bag for boxing, Ton of Free weights!
If you're traveling or visiting the area this is a great little gym. It's got everything you need and cleanliness is encouraged. Solid gym etiquette. Not crowded. Fair price for a day pass. I was here around 8am-10pm, so my review is based on that time frame.
I'm almost 3 years clean real shy and they are taking enichitive to motivate me to try to be social and start working out rather than just shower their I'm homeless. And they new I was a drug addict and still let me In not just to shower they said I had to work out I think it's cause they want to help me get in the best possible shape I can for what I've been through. This is by far the best gym at an unbeatable price, and best experience I’ve had in a while. Amazing equipment and the owners are incredible people 10/10 would recommend.
