Great local gym, with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I have been to a few gyms but none that I have felt at home in and comfortable until I found this one. I love the machines, the free weights, the cardio options and variety available to work anything on any given day. I love the atmosphere as well. In my short time coming here I see a lot of the same faces and everyone works hard. I have to force myself to take rest days honestly because I want to come every single day. If you are serious about working out or getting in shape this gym is ware you need to be. The staff is always cleaning. They are also helpful and friendly. This gym has so much to offer from free weights to smith machines to cardio right down to healthy snacks and beverages. This a very PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN gym.
Love that this gym has heavy bag for boxing, Ton of Free weights!
