If I could give this a zero i would. I called in and asked if there was availability. Told me to come in 15 min. I was there in 12. I then sat and waited for over an hour watching a replay of a soccer game I already had seen. Then was told to wait longer because those previous cuts were taking a while and it was nothing more then a normal barber cut but just talking the entire time. I understand customer service to your regulars but honestly what would have equated to be 90 min waiting when you told me to come in is extremel... read more
