My pendant was "lost" within 5 minutes of being in the hands of an employee. He "found" it after we left and I returned to get it. I was told it was a "fake" diamond. It was careless how my item was "found in the waste basket behind the counter after we left. I was distraught over the ordeal and got no apology or anything. This was a few years ago but it's such an unfortunate situation that just shouldn't have happened.
5 stars all around! 5 star customer service, quick turnaround (sized my ring for me while I was there), went above and beyond to make sure my rings were in great condition and made them look brand new again. I highly recommend Hall n Ash for your jewelry needs!
