Wow!! I am so happy with our service! We were so frustrated that our pickup less than a year old to us had an issue with the emission system. But Hall’s made it so much better. From us dropping it off and Liam keeping in contact with my husband almost every day with the status of the parts and working as fast as possible to get them there. Amazing customer service. Had service done on a GMC 3500 a year ago and experienced the following: The service advisor (Jordan) was great. Needed a DPF which turned out to be difficult to find, waited the better part of a week but they drove a ways to go get one which got us back on the road. HOWEVER, we also got rear brakes and A arms done. First - The brakes ground and squeaked and sounded terrible right out of the shop, we had to take the truck to another shop to properly adjust the grinding, a service bulletin should have need followed to prevent... read more
