We paid in FULL at the time of ordering a new ribbon for my mother-in-law and my father-in-law and a veterans headstone for my father-in-law. Larry said they would move the original headstone to the right one plot and install the new ribbons and the veterans headstone in the spring of 2013, along with cleaning and polishing the original stone. I wll never buy from him again! – I purchased a flat stone for my mother's grave, but it was installed incorrectly when it was incased in cement by someone from Hall Monument. As a result, one corner stuck slightly above ground. That corner was damaged by the cemetery's lawnmower so my mother's new grave marker was chipped. I contacted Mr. Terjal by certified letter, asking him to replace the stone since they incorrectly installed it, which led to it being damaged. I received no reply. Horrible business – I paid in full up front then never received the head stone I ordered. The receptionist doesn't know anything and they will never return your calls. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau to finally get what I paid for. Then they continue to send me a bill after I paid up front and threatening to remove the stone if I don't pay. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE CROOKS!
