Absolutely worst interaction i have ever had with a doctor. I have been having some issues in managing a chronic condition. I am extremely compliant with medication and treatment plans. I see all of my doctors regularly. I was looking for another opinion and perhaps switch to a PCP that had more availability and could help me manage my health better. Always great and professional experiences over the past 10 years.
Terrible service. Came in for yearly physical scheduled months in advanced. Was told they called and cancelled my appointment but couldn’t say when they called. Attempted to confirm by looking up missed cals but mysteriously they had phone issues and called from a blocked number. Wow! And to top it all off the receptionist talked about the whole issue loudly so the other two patients could hear. HIPPA violation much?
In office I was told about a plan of care. Then they had a nurse call me and told they could not help me with my current health issue and they wanted to refer me to someone else, over one week later and still no referral to another provider. Asked for a copy of my chart so I can figure out what the big deal is with this current issue: takes 1-2 weeks to get a copy!
