Do not rent from this man! He’s a scam artist who loves to steal deposits. When you try to apply for his apartments he doesn’t ask for paystubs, etc you’re just “approved” and then he will ask for the deposit before he can let you see the rental agreement papers! Be very careful! I’ve heard from other people this isn’t the first deposit he’s tried to steal!
Please if your black don’t not rent from him. My husband and I were looking to rent from him and he told us to call him the next day to view the property, but in the mist of all this happening he interrogated my husband and I like we were some type of criminals and the question made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
