I will not use Sam Hall ever again. I paid him to send a Demand to Return Property cerifified letter to a Pro-100 agent Joyce Liggett for not returning sentimental personal property back to me she borrowed a few years back. In the consultation meeting with Mr. Hall he informed me he knew the attorney Ms. Liggett works for selling bankruptcy properties that he had to send her a email through him .
