It was a horrible experience every time I had seen him. He begins and ends each time with a fist bump (grow up). He didn’t believe the diagnosis the doctor who was a specialist gave me. He talked down to me and then was kinda creepy as he commented that I looked young. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to unless they have to.
Logan Health and Dr Perser made me feel as though I was the only patient for the day, My surgery was explained explicitly and all questions answered to my satisfaction, I am in my rehab period, and I feel very confident that I will be completely healed at the end of rehab. Great care and attention to me throughout pre- and post-op. Pushed me to be a compliant patient as I prepared for surgery, and afterwards, to help me make sure I had the best possible outcome. Provided me a number of options and choices related to my injury and surgery. Fully explained each option. My family new to the valley 11 yrs ago were looking for new provider. Thankfully, we found Laura Hall. Except for the short time she and her husband move out of state, we have continued to see her for health needs. This was the second time I went to the Columbia Falls Orthopedic office on 11th. The first time was to see Dr. Joyce, my appt. was at 3:00, I waited 30 min. in the waiting room, then was put into a room and told to put shorts on. The room was very cold. I waiting 1 45 minutes before leaving without seeing the dr.! A nurse did come in to take vitals, but she could not get the computer to work. It's nice to have someone that actually cares helping me and I'll be bringing my family over soon. She isn't associated with the corrupt Logan Health monopoly here in the valley, one of the few left that isn't. She gives plenty of time in an appointment, listens well and answers questions very clearly. I call her Dr. Laura because she knows what she's doing and NPs aren't far off from MDs. Excellent is an understatement but I go back a couple of decades when he suggested a new surgery for my knee that at that time was cutting edge and a great option to another new procedure being touted at the time. My knee was bone on bone because of years of baseball catching from jr high through four years of college. One surgeon was advocating micro fracture in 2001 in its very very infancy.
