I had previously worked with Kevin hall on 2 occasions and it went pretty well no complaints. i refereed my brother to him due to 1 accident that was not his fault that he experienced. Kevin Hall messed up royally. He told my brother that the ticket he got in conjunction with his accident was dismissed in court and he did not need to worry about anything.
