Dr. Hall is amazing! We brought our first parakeet to him and we were trying to catch him for the exam. Dr. Hall just turned the lights out and was easily able to capture Heaven. He explained they don't see well in low light. He explained a lot to us over the years. Thank you, Dr. Hall!
