Purchased a necklace in June for my son, and was told if there were to be any breaks or issues that there was a warranty. My son broke his chain 3 months later, I took the necklace in to be repaired and the gentleman behind the counter said there was only a one week warranty. I would not buy from this deceitful place again. 👎Thumbs down for this business. The only person in the store claims to not manage the store. No matter what you buy you can't refund only exchange. They mark up 1500% compared metal weight worth for things like clasps and jump rings and ring spacers. Its a bad business practice in my opinion and I can't bring myself to buy from places like this...
