My husband used Kathy Hall for his medicare (referred from a friend) and she came over and walked us thru the whole process. I am so grateful to have Cathy Hall as my Humana health insurance agent. I’ve been a client of Kathy’s for many years now. When requesting assistance from Kathy her brilliance and empathy are palpable. I’m never disappointed. Every fall when new changes to our insurance are announced, Kathy holds umpteen seminars to explain clearly the changes for the following year. I come away not having to worry about the new changes.
