Living opposite a hall & hart home being built is like living in a dance club blaring music 7-5 and cowboys with tools yelling…it’s a delight , and as I’m living in a soon to be knock down rebuild home it’s also helped me whittle down my choice of building companies to choose Cheers Hall & Hart 🤙
Our build with Hall and Hart began during COVID and all the complications that came with restrictions lockdowns etc, despite this our build was still completed well within the company’s projected time frame. Hall & Hart are building in the block of land next to mine. They've damaged my front lawn, blocked my driveway, blocked the garbage bins at pick-up time causing overflow for next week. No respect, no common sense, or just doesn't care enough. The site manager responded the first time i reached out, he blamed in on the sub-contractors and asked me to record them next time otherwise he couldn't do anything about it. (great stuff, isn't that your job?) He has not replied since.
Don't ever seem to pick their phones..
