Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism. They made my wedding planning a horrible experience while pregnant with my first baby. When questioned about discrepancies with our wedding package, I was yelled at, humiliated and bullied by 2 of their members (mother and daughter who claim to be managers). They lied in their original quote by providing photos of roses arrangements for a price, that where later changed to a cheaper and totally different type of flowers.
