By telling folks about the Ashley Durablend furniture like Factory furniture does. This kind of blend was not meant for humidity states like tn. With in 2 years it starts piling. All I had to do was call factory furniture and say the name durablend and she told me right away what it does and they do not sale or recommend it to anyone around here.
