Outstanding response time, service and over all product quality. Needed a rebuild kit for a fountain fill valve. Emailed Hall at 6pm received return call from distributor 830 next morning, parts in hand in 2 days! Was suprised to find they manufacture their own parts. Was very suprised at the service for such a small order. Thanks!
