Worst dealership experience i have ever had. Picked up my truck from a repair, still had a check engine light. Made it three miles only to have to stop for low oil pressure. Opened hood to find rags left by technician and hoses still disconnected. Had to have truck towed right back. Not even a test drive performed after the repair per the sales department. Have not even received a call or email back. Would absolutely not recommend. Respectfully Conor Brodie
I just purchased my first Ford!! The process was smooth and easy. Salesman Michael was knowledgeable, available, helpful during my purchase. Manny, sale manager, worked with us and gave a fair price!! We couldn't have been happier! Joe was professional and nice!
I had a nail on my left front tire. I did not have appointment , but Southern Ford fix the tire right away. While I was waiting, i asked if there were any maintenance issues upcoming on my Escape. There were and they fix them. Everything was done and I was out of there in a short time. It was outstanding and I was very pleased with the experience.
This is a Great group to work with really Top Notch!! Thanks to Amber (sales-rep) and Joe (sales-manager) things moved along to find the ride to meet our needs. Happy today to recommend Southern Ford Dealership.
