For a bit of context, I got 18 teeth pulled two years ago and everyone that I've seen about getting partials told me it's not possible. Even the "professionals". When I first saw Dr. Lotfi I was just about to give up on trying to get partials and thought I'd have to get reconstructive jaw surgery (for excessive overbite). WARNING ‼️‼️‼️ For everyone who is interested in coming here makes sure there’s no hidden fee in advance. One of the ladies (dental assistant?) at the front desk typed something on her phone and showed it to one of receptionists. And then the receptionist told us (We felt she was afraid to say it. Because the first paperwork she asked us to sign with $0 cost) that they would charge us $75 as consulting fee. The consulting fee can be waived if we choose to have our treatment done. Had my first appointment since Dr. Hall retiring. The atmosphere felt different. I thought I was seeing Amy, is she still there?
Dr. Lotfi recently bought this practice from retiring Dr. Hall. As a longtime patient of Dr. Hall, I was slightly apprehensive. No need, Dr. Lotfi is excellent; I'm very pleased! So far I've had a cleaning, exam, x-rays, and one filling - very good service. Highly recommended!
Google Review: This was the best cleaning of my entire life! I have had some fairly serious dental anxiety issues, but the whole staff here was helpful and sensitive to my situation. The cleaning was legitimately the least painful one I've ever had (and I was years overdue). It makes me wonder what I've been struggling through with my previous dentists all these years...
