My husband and I went to get eye exams today
They almost never answer their phone, and when they do, you're on hold for over 15 minutes before you get to talk to anybody. They don't refund you all your money they're supposed to when insurance pays most of your bill but you have to pay in full upfront out of pocket and they're supposed to refund you the difference.
