Spencer showed up on time and not only solved our electric problems he entertained with his humor! Also educated us regarding problems we were having. Highly recommend !
Spencer sent out awesome workers (Chris & Nick) on 2 separate occasions (different issues). They were both professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Spencer was super helpful when I called the first time, and he tried to walk me through some things that could have been the problem (good luck with teaching me!) which I appreciated very much. Smart, helpful, reasonable and responsive - what more can a person want??? They are definitely my "go to" electricians going forward.
My actual rating is 3 1/2 stars. My first experience with Hall was not good at all. The GC I used to repair my home after Ian hired Hall Electric to redo the wiring in my house and it was not the best. I give Spencer credit for reaching out to me after he heard from another customer we were not happy with their work. Spencer asked if he could prove they could do a good job and we agreed to let them come back to correct some issues. 1 week ago on a very cold day our HMO called Hall Electric the owner sent us the most kind person that does not stop .His name is Chris ! He wad told about a man on oxygen and that put him in overdrive. Now do you understand the box was on fire when all failed. Chris spent 12 hours reached out trying to get parts! All because the man that needed oxygen happened to be my husband!! Angels were there helping Chris. Thank you for being the electrician who came on his day off. 🙏
