Contacted Dave through the company email this morning for fork and rear shock sag and adjustments. I was planning on taking the bike in next week. He got it done the same day within 45 minutes of me showing up. Bike is so much more stable and responsive now. Dave is super knowledgeable not to mention a very friendly person. If you are having suspension issues, do not hesitate to take your bike to him. I should have done it sooner
David is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and as a newbie rider, I fully appreciated him explaining every aspect of what he did to my Beta XTrainer suspension and how it would improve my desert riding game. From start to finish, he was extremely communicative and the customer service is top notch. 10/10, we will absolutely be back with our other bike very soon and would recommend him to anyone looking to get their suspension tuned.
If I could give more stars I would. David did the front and back suspension on my KTM 500 and it transformed it into a completely different bike. He was very polite and professional. And the service is top notch!
David worked on my Tenere 700 suspension and I’m thrilled with the results. The bike feels noticeably more responsive and smooth. Will definitely be taking future bikes to him.
I took my 23 KTM 450 to Hall Effect for a suspension service, re-spring, and a few tweaks that he recommended. He also set the sag with me there and set his preferred compression and rebound settings for the suspension that I have. On my first ride I was expecting to feel some improvement, I didn't expect to have a whole new bike. My confidence on the bike went through the roof. David truly is a wizard!
