Terrible experience with Hall Brothers Moving Company. The movers were clearly amateurs — they dropped our furniture multiple times, damaged several pieces, and even lost screws we need to put things back together. One of the guys literally walked out in the middle of the move because he thought he wasn’t getting paid, which delayed everything (while we were still paying by the hour). So fast, efficient, and nice!! Highly highly recommend these guys!
Crew was prompt, friendly, and handled everything with care (even down 3 flights of stairs in Summer heat!). Would recommend them to others and plan to use them again in the future!
This review is entirely due to their unacceptable lack of information—not the service itself. At no point during the booking process was I informed that the charges were non-refundable. After I canceled, I demanded proof—whether from their website or any official communication—showing that the booking fee was non-refundable. They failed to provide any. This kind of ambiguity and lack of transparency is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Hardworking! Nice prices, nice workers and a great communication system. 10/10 recommend!
