Lack of transparency around parts pricing, unacceptable for consumers. I can accept the price you quoted over the phone for both parts that already included your margin，but I can‘t accept an additional 50% markup again based on the phone quote after completion. Is this behavior appropriate as a "trusted plumbing provider"? As stated during our phone discussions, you advised that all calls are recorded. Just had my stormwater pipe out the back of our house unblocked with a Jet. The Plumber did a great job and left the place neat and tidy. Very happy to have the drain working again :)
