I just purchased a 2025 ford escape from Hall automotive today. Everybody was great but Steven was exceptionally helpful in getting me into my new vehicle, and even helped transfer items over from my old vehicle into my new escape. 10/10 would recommend.
I purchased a Ford Transit Connect from Hall Automotive, expecting the quality and customer care of an established dealership, but my experience has been awful. Incredibly unprofessional technicians. With such abhorrent basic decency and customer service skills, I can’t imagine how deficient their actual automotive service would have been. I’m glad I went with my gut and didn’t allow them to touch my car.
Bruce at the service desk is extremely rude and bold about it!
Went for an emissions test, very quick process and I was able to renew my plates and get my sticker there in under 5 minutes.
