Bought 2 cars from Kezra. Really nice to work with…super responsive and not pushy in the least. Both times found some minor issues with the vehicles after the purchase, and took it back to have their service team look at it. They always did a remarkable job and didn’t charge us anything. Can’t say enough good things about their service manager Dan and his crew.
Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised there was only one staff member available. The wait was long, and it was hard to get help. The person working was polite and doing their best, but the dealership really needs better weekend staffing.
Went for emissions testing. It was quick and painless.
