First of all, I've been going to Halls since I was a teenager. He fixed my brakes for me when I was 17, and didn't charge me anything. Wilson had "fixed" then in south Fulton but they failed in union city, so I went to the first shop I made it to. Halls. I've went to him over the years if I had to take my car to the shop, which I hate to do because they charge so darn much. Anyways, fast forward to this year.
