Travelled from Brampton with my sister to have her prosthetic eye made. I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Mike shared with us. He was thorough with information provided. My Mom Francesca has been a client of Hall and Associates for over 35 years. My Mom has received excellent service from first Brian and now Michael. Michael delivers excellent and professional service and is always in touch with her (and myself) to ensure that all is well. The quality and fit of the eye is perfect and my Mom's eye looks as she was born with it. The comfort level is also extremely good. Michael's professionalism and big heart is very apparent.
