Cancelled my cleaning the day before the appointment and said I would have to be rescheduled and they would call to do so. Never did. When I finally called them, 2 months later, was told they were booking out 3 months and that was all they could do. Changed dentists.

Star Dental DOESN'T even deserve one star! I had an appointment under former owner, Dr. Kimra Hall, for months, and when these people take over, they wait until 2 days before my cleaning appointment to cancel my appointment because they are short staffed having only one hygientist 2 days a week. They had to have known this when they took over Hall's practice but waited to the last minute to send a text!!! I am outraged that they could be so cavelier about putting me in this position. A dear friend just had their 1st cleaning under Star Dental, and was charged over $500.00. J.B. called you to dispute this and was told the price was disclosed. It was NOT! I just called to get a quote and was told it would be $150.00 Please fix this. If not I'll assist her in filing a complaint at state level! Adding response to your's here. When I went for a checkup, I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment quickly with no waiting time. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and efficient, which made the experience really positive.
