Hall and Bell was my closing attorney for purchasing my house. They were very knowledgeable and walked me through all the paperwork. Mr. Hall was awesome and so was the entire staff. I will definitely be using them for my next closing and would recommend them to anyone.
I have reported this firm to the IRS using form 3949-A and sent my complaint to the bar. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general, because I believe they also violated state law. There have been 2 issues. The last issue they refuse to correct. The demeanor of their staff has been quite malicious. They told me they deliberately filed the 1099 incorrectly and REFUSE to correct it. The proceeds of the sale went to one party.
