My husband asked 3 times for the ambulance to take me to our preferred hospital. I asked twice and they still took us to the hospital we DID NOT want to go to. His reason was that he would have to use a specific machine and that hosp. Was closer. Well, he NEVER USED THE MACHINE! So why not take me to the hospital we asked? We will be filing a formal complaint against that particular paramedic and Hall Ambulance!
