Hi, I was helping a client with a mortgage. I requested paper work from this law firm over the phone , I have never in my entire career, speaking to THOUSANDS of people, have I ever met a lady so rude. Absolutely the worst attitude, and most disgusting treatment I have ever seen. I was just doing my job. The It seems like this lawyer partners with HOAS to hurt people. I have never left anyone a bad review before , I absolutely had to. Be careful
If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely terrible experience. Completely refused to call me on the phone despite multiple requests. Would only answer specific questions I asked via email. Extremely disrespectful, when I went to drop off the payment.. the “manager” had a extremely unprofessional attitude and slammed the door when we left. As an absentee owner my interaction with this law firm has been extremely professional. From their responsiveness and extensive explanation of an issue created by my tenant. They were very generous with their settlement proposal which I happily accepted.
I have been trying to settle a debt for over a year but this Missy lady didn't reply my emails or phone calls on a timely manner. Last time I was able to speak with her I made a settlement offer and she said she'll get back to me but never did. Now they're trying to garnish my wages. Indeed, they are thieves with a licenses. I tried to speak with a supervisor or manager but couldn't even talk to a real person. The only reason I gave a star is because with out it you won't be able to post your review.
