Treeline Dental Care seemingly now operate the telephone service. After waiting on hold for so long, I remained on the phone and walked to the surgery (4 mins approx). It's no fault of the staff, but it seems my call might not have even been routed to them. I'm just sat indefinitely in a queue to a call centre somewhere. While on hold, the info keeps telling me I can book online "for my convenience" but provides no info. Keep you in a queue on the phone as number 2 in the queue for 15 minutes then tell you staff are busy doing other things and cut you off. Not good customer service.
Not the most aesthetically pleasing dentist, but the staff are always great. The reception staff always do their best to fit you in and are always friendly. My dentist is Dr Rachel Hartley and she's great, straight forward, friendly and does a great job.
The dentist Greg Taylor makes you feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I’d rather suffer in pain than be seen by him if he’s the only one available! I have been told multiple people have reported him over the years and he’s still there! I hope you know your losing costumers over this and it’s making your costumers now look else where for a different dentist. Rob who owns the practise should feel ashamed that he’s letting us all get treat like this by his workers
not happy with my checkup, seemed very rushed and the dentist just wanted to get the appointment done with very quickly.
