When I got back from my family vacation I was inundated with messages about my mother (Luz Jones) having been admitted to your hospital for breathing problems. After calling around and finally getting ahold of the ICU unit I was first required to give my information (very professional) to verify who I was exactly to the patient and then was given my mother's status and what they were doing for her. I was a patient in the Joint Care Center in 6/16 for right knee replacement and returned 6/17 for left. I have nothing but good to say about facilities as well as personnel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was a patient of this clinic, had a great doctor but he left for another place, gave me a name of doctor to contact at the clinic when needed. I've tried numerous times to make an appointment with no results, can't talked to anyone when I call have to leave a message but no one every returns calls. I don't understand this situation when I've been waiting to see the doctor always is there office personnel setting and talking letting the phones ring
I have been to CF in the past. I was extremely happy with thecare I was given. Unfortunately, when I called today I had the displeasure of dealing with a rude receptionists. I hope she isn't a nurse. It would be nice to call an office in this area and be spoke to kindly, without being cutoff or dealing with just plain bad attitudes. I'm sure they are busy, but I get extremely busy in my job and continue to have to be nice to the public.
This is the absolute worst hospital in the area. They have a history of disgruntled patients that can vouch for it. I would not take my dog there!
