The owner answered his phone on the 4th of July. Had one of his guys come out (Caleb). They solved my plumbing issue and did it with the utmost professionalism. A true local plumber that treats the customer fairly.
Excellent service. Unable to fix problem first time out as required a part unavailable locally. Did not charge anything as didn’t fix anything! Got part from Moen under warranty after 20 years. Caleb fixed in short order. Professional and competent. Somehow that’s unusual these days. Thank you Caleb and Halifax!
Timely and professional. Installed nicely and the Caleb was very courteous.
I called , spoke to Vicki, she was gracious enough to give the hourly rate, others just told the trip charge without an estimate for potential problem. Toilet needed new gasket to stop leak. Clint arrived on time, replaced gasket and flapper and all was good. I like knowing hourly rate, vs trip charge and a big unknown!!! Thanks Clint and Halifax plumbing 6/1/26
My daughter had black specks coming from her tub faucet only. I had called another plumbing company recomended to me. First they said the problem was behind the wall. $1800. Later, srill specks. Then they said she needed a new hot water heater. Another $1800 later still specks!! At this point they stopped returning my calls.
