Avoid at all costs. The own speaks to people like they're a piece of muck on her shoe, like she is far superior and its actually disgusting. Speak to those how you wish to be spoken to. I have never met anyone as rude in my whole life. I'll also be posting on all social media platforms to make people aware of your downright lack of people skills and for them to steer well clear!!

While fitting a new bath, my plumber discovered our shower tray had broken 😭 Ordered a replacement online with promised 5 day delivery, but the firm let us down and I was at my wits end. The lovely Anita at Halifax Plumbers Merchants took my enquiry about stock, and rang around local contacts to track down a replacement to arrive the next day. Stunning service. I purchased a shower riser kit and was advised that I would be able to return should the product not fit. The part received did not match the dimensions that I had given. When I returned the item that was not fit for purpose I was then charged a 20% handling fee. I paid initially in cash but they wanted to refund me by card??? Not the best experience I've ever had. Will not use again!!!!!!!! Customer after service is non existent.
