Went in to ask who the subcontractors they use for their state highway and parking lot striping and was met by the rudest person ever to work a front desk. Acted like I was bothering her and told me no one was there to tell me this information. Come on Halifax Paving be better had a friendly person that will greet people in a better way. Just my opinion
I had a very dangerous experience with one of this company's truck drivers yesterday around 4:45 PM on Royal Palms near US-1. The driver pulled back onto the road directly in front of me without even looking in my direction. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting the truck. Commercial drivers should be held to a high standard of safety, especially when operating large vehicles that represent your company. Be careful when hiring this company for their employees have zero regard for the community they are working in. In the same day but separate incidents I had my life flash before my eyes. First incident a worker putting out the signs in the morning proceeded to dart from one side of the road to the other with a big metal sign without warning. I had to slam on my breaks. Same road, same crew on the return home I’m traveling 45 miles per hour when not one but three trucks and heavy machines pull right out going 5 miles per hour... read more
