Staff was amazing on 5 th flooor .. my doctor did not even talk to me .. always ready to run out the door . Had 2cstrokes over doctores said I was showing sigh of stroke whitecblood cell vou t spiked did not check any of it at all just sent me home
Angelica Diez treated me like a drug addict and showed no concern at all for my leg which is the reason that I went there in the first place. Before I even mentioned my other prescriptions she was very short with me, and she had no bedside manner whatsoever. The young lady that was assisting her wasn't much better. I have mixed feelings about this review as there were individuals that were amazing when my son was admitted after a hit and run. However, the day nurse on the 7th floor of France Tower, Jessica S, was horrible. She was distracted, dismissive, and beyond rude. My son had serious injuries and I did have continuous questions and was very stressed. At first it was just dismissive behavior but by the time of his discharge it was downright hostile. Kandance, rn emergency nurse is dishonest in her discharge summary . I think she thinks some people read don't them. She stated SEVERAL lies on communication that she did NOT do. She just wrote it in the discharge summary and clinical notes. She was trying to push chest pain on me when I told the hospital several times I didn't have chest pain. My wife was severely injured and brought to the trauma center here. They saved her life, and worked with us over a couple of months to get her into better condition so we can be discharged. As of today, we still aren’t there but we are getting closer. We have experienced a multitude of exceptionally talented doctors, nurses, techs, and a variety of other staff members, and have had a great experience with nearly all of them.
