Visited for an acute health issue. Once admitted I saw only one person all night for labs. No access to water, no assistance. I was dehydrated and felt very alone and sick. In the morning I received a brief (under 5 minutes) exam from a physician and was released from the hospital. The doctors and nurses were great. But the security guards are not equipped to deal with people that have defibrillators or pacemakers. I was denied access because I was not. Furthering the stereotype that nursing is where the mean girl clique from high school went to continue to belittle and look down on people while having a never ending source of gossip and tik tok content. At least the ER nurses, which is often the first impression. Just loudly talking crap about patients from the nurses station violating every HIPAA law they possibly can in one shift. Always a terrible experience.
My daughter’s labor and delivery went very smooth. Celeste our labor and delivery nurse was amazing she put her entire focus on my daughter’s delivery and made the experience very pleasant. We are very thankful for her she was an amazing nurse!!
