I highly recomment Halifax Internal Medicine provider Jessica Hite,NP. She listened to me and addressed my issues. I also recommend Cindy Cole, NP for any urgent care. We are fortunate to have these 2 providers in our area that provide such great care to patients. They are passionate about their work and it shows.
I had a bad injury on my right knee that had a knee replacement. I had come to the doctor and tell them that there wasn't any replacement and they never addressed the fact that you treat an injury differently when there's an artificial part. One day I came in again to the walk-in clinic and to my Dr Patel was the one that was filling in for the that day and that department she immediately realized that I was needed serious work done with my problem she sent me for infusions of antibiotics which I took for 6 weeks. I have been a patient at this office for approximately 20 years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and received excellent care. My original provider, Dr. Babita Patel, is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Not only is she intelligent, but she cares about her patients. Dr.Babita Patel and Nakisha Easley NP and the rest of the staff at Halifax Internal medicine have alway been very respectful ,helpful, caring ,and dedicated in helping me with all of my needs. they have always gone the distance to help me in any way that they could .I have been a patient with Dr. Babita Patel for several years and I am so happy that she is my doctor and thanks to all of the people who work together at Halifax Internal medicine for showing so much love and understanding to me .
